Long-term Treasury yields hit their highest levels since 2002

The 10-year Treasury yield rose to about 5.3%, its highest level since 2002, and the 30-year yield also reached its highest since 2002. Stocks ended nearly flat, with the S&P 500 up about 0.3%, as chip stocks gained after Micron's earnings.
