Brewers sweep Dodgers to reach first World Series since 1982
The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-4 in Game 4 at Dodger Stadium to sweep the NLCS, ending the two-time defending champions' bid for a third straight title. Garrett Mitchell hit a go-ahead home run in the sixth and David Hamilton added one in the ninth. It is Milwaukee's first World Series trip since 1982 and its first National League pennant.
