Possible space debris found in a Stevens County cornfield

Stevens County deputies were called Wednesday afternoon to a harvested cornfield in western Minnesota, where they found a metal object about 11 feet across. The sheriff's office calls it presumably a space object. No one was hurt, officials say there is no danger to the public, and state and federal agencies are working to identify its owner and plan its removal.
