Why it matters

Both parties are sending their best-known figures to Ohio, Michigan and Georgia, states with Senate and governor races on the Nov. 3 ballot. Voters there are hearing competing closing arguments from Obama and Trump.

What to watch

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.

How each side sees it

Obama and Democrats sayObama urged voters to say "enough is enough" "after two years of chaos and cruelty and corruption and incompetence," and said of Republican Vivek Ramaswamy's ad attacking Acton that "there is no line he will not cross, no low he will not sink to."
Trump and Republicans sayTrump defended the Ramaswamy ad, saying "I don't think you can get a better reference on that," and said at his Georgia rally that Obama's Michigan event was empty ("the place was empty"). Ramaswamy has called the ad "fair game"; Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and other Ohio Republican leaders called for it to be taken down.
