30-year Treasury yield hits its highest level since 2002
The yield on the 30-year U.S. Treasury bond climbed to its highest level since 2002 on Tuesday, as long-term borrowing costs kept rising. Stocks slipped: the S&P 500 fell 0.2%, the Dow 0.3% and the Nasdaq 0.1%, according to the AP.
