Passengers and crew subdue flydubai co-pilot accused of stabbing captain on flight to Tel Aviv

On flydubai flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Tel Aviv on Sept. 30, the co-pilot allegedly stabbed the captain in the cockpit. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the pilot apparently tried to crash the plane. Passengers and crew overpowered him and the jet made an emergency landing in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with 174 people aboard. The captain was seriously injured and is reported in stable condition. Saudi authorities are questioning the co-pilot. The motive has not been established.
