Senate confirms Keith Sonderling as Labor Secretary before campaign break
The Senate confirmed Keith Sonderling as Secretary of Labor 47-41 late Wednesday, its last order of business before leaving for the midterm campaign. Sonderling had been acting secretary since April, after Lori Chavez-DeRemer left the post.
