OPEC+ keeps November oil output targets unchanged
Seven core OPEC+ members — Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Kazakhstan and Oman — agreed Sunday to keep oil production targets for November unchanged. Gulf producers remain well below their quotas because of the war with Iran and disruption in the Strait of Hormuz. The group next meets on November 1.
