Kenya confirms its first Ebola case

Kenya's Health Secretary Aden Duale said a Kenyan man who had lived in Congo for seven years and traveled home through Uganda died in Nairobi and tested positive for Ebola, the country's first confirmed case. Officials are tracing 28 contacts plus passengers and crew from his flight. Congo's outbreak, declared in mid-May, has passed 8,000 cases and 4,000 deaths.
