Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Justice Department at the Washington, D.C.-area home of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) on Monday morning. The DOJ said the action is "part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation." Sources told CBS News and ABC News the probe concerns Omar's immigration paperwork from her childhood. Omar has not been charged with a crime and denies wrongdoing. Supporters gathered at Powderhorn Park in Minneapolis on Monday evening. Omar is up for reelection on Nov. 3.
