Russian guided aerial bombs hit residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia early Saturday, killing at least 12 people, including three children, Ukrainian officials say; some reports put the toll higher. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy linked the attack to the U.S. easing of sanctions on Russian diesel. The strikes came as U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner met Ukrainian officials in Miami on a proposal to end the war.
