U.S. sanctions the International Criminal Court itself

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced sanctions on the International Criminal Court as an entity, blocking its property in the U.S. and restricting transactions with it by Americans and U.S. businesses. Companies that provide services to the court could be penalized; temporary licenses allow some activity to wind down. The court condemned the move and says its work will continue.
