Flávio Bolsonaro won 47.03% to President Lula's 45.16% in Brazil's first round on Oct. 4. A Datafolha poll taken Oct. 6–7 shows Bolsonaro at 49% and Lula at 45%, which Reuters called a technical tie. The runoff is Oct. 25.
