Congo's Ebola death toll passes 4,000

Congo's health ministry says 4,018 people have died among 8,300 confirmed cases in the Ebola outbreak, which the AP describes as the fastest-growing on record. A treatment center near Bunia in Ituri province burned down this week, and the U.N. says that makes halting the outbreak even harder. Unpaid health workers have also protested.
